Voici un nouveau sujet à travailler dans votre cahier/atelier.

Prenez amoureusement votre joli cahier et votre beau stylo et allez faire un tour dans la nature, le parc le plus proche ou à défaut dans votre jardin. Ramassez une pierre et cueillez un brin d'herbe. Trouvez alors un coin où vous asseoir, puis ouvrez votre cahier et racontez ce que cette pierre et ce brin d'herbe ont d'exceptionnel, de fascinant, de mystérieux, d'unique.
Inspirez-vous de l'air qui caresse votre visage, du rayon de soleil qui illumine cette nature, des chuchotements de la terre. Racontez leur voyage jusqu'à vous. Laissez-vous guider par vos émotions. Ecoutez votre coeur, écoutez votre âme...et écrivez la vérité !

With your heart filled with love, take your neat notebook and your beautiful pen, then go for a walk in the Nature: a forest, a garden, a park or whatever. Once you are there, pick a stone and a stalk of grass. Find a place to sit, open your notebook and write about this stone ans stalk of grass: what makes them unique, special, fascinating, mysterious. Take inspiration from the air caressing your face, from the sun rays illuminating this Nature, from the whispers of the earth. Tell a story about their travel, their journey until they reach your hands. Let yourself be guided by your emotions. Listen to your heart, listen to your soul... and write the truth!
